Full cycle in one place

This policy explains what personal data the LunaSound website collects, why it is needed, how long it is kept and what rights you have.
Who processes your data
The data controller is LunaSound. For any questions about your data, write to luna1.onecontact@gmail.com.
What data we collect
Through the form: your name, company name (optional), email and project description.
Automatically, if analytics is enabled: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, traffic source and actions on the site (for example, button clicks).
When you use the site: the source of your visit (UTM tags and the referring site). It is kept in your browser session storage until you close the tab, and is attached to your request if you submit the form.
Why we do it
To reply to your request and prepare a quote, based on your consent given by ticking the box in the form.
To improve the website and measure advertising, based on your consent to cookies and analytics.
Who may receive the data
We do not sell your data. Requests are delivered to our email (Gmail, Google) and our work Telegram. To deliver them, we use the email service Resend and our hosting provider Cloudflare, which process the contents of your request on our behalf. We may also use analytics services (for example, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity), which receive technical data about visits. Videos on the site are played through a third-party player (for example, YouTube), which may set its own cookies after a video is started. Some of these services (Telegram, Resend, Cloudflare, Google) may process data outside your country, including outside Ukraine and the EU.
How long we keep data
Data from requests is kept for up to 2 years after our last communication with you and is then deleted. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the respective service.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, withdraw your consent at any time and object to processing. To do so, write to us at luna1.onecontact@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact a data protection authority — in Ukraine, this is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
